Ingredients for Casa di Mama Pulled Pork

Crust:Enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, palm oil, salt, sugar, baking powder, barley malt extract, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, guar gum, wheat starch, calcium phosphate, canola oil, ascorbic acid, pentosanase, amylase
Chipotle Sauce: Tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, water, salt, spices, modified corn starch, chipotle chilli pepper, smoke flavour, natural flavour
Toppings: Pulled Pork (pork, potato starch, sugar, salt, spices, maltodextrin, tomato powder, beetroot powder, garlic powder, sunflower oil, onion powder, yeast extract, spice extract, smoke flavor, sodium ascorbate), Red Onions, Red Peppers, Herbs
Cheese: Edam and Mozzarella (milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride)
Contains: Wheat, barley, milk


Cooking Instructions

  1. Adjust oven rack 10-15 cm (4-6') from the bottom of the oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 480F, (250C).
  3. Remove pizza from packaging
  4. Loosen the baking parchment and lift off together with the pizza from the cardboard
  5. Place the pizza with parchment on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 14-16 minutes and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. NOTE: Individual oven cooking times may vary. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot
