Crust
1 packageShirriff Pie Crust
4 tbspbutter
4 tbspcold water
Toppings
2 cupshredded cheese
6cooked bacon
8eggs
green onion sliced

Pre-heat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Prepare pie crust according to the box. Roll dough out into a rectangle that is roughly the same size as your baking sheetPrick the surface all over with a fork, and fold the edges inwards, about ½ an inch- seal with the back of a fork

Sprinkle cheese over the surface, creating 8 wells for the eggs. Place the bacon over cheese and around the wells.

>Carefully crack each egg into the wells. Top tart with half of the green onions, cracked black pepper, and salt.

Bake tart for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and egg whites have set but egg yolks are still runny.

Remove tart from the oven, top with remaining green onions, slice and serve.
