Chocolate Pretzels

 
Ingredients 
1 cup sweet (unsalted) butter 200 g
2/3 cup sugar 120 g
1 pkg Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar 1 pkg
1 egg 1
1 egg yolk 1
1 btl Dr. Oetker Rum Flavouring 1 btl
2 cups all-purpose flour 300 g
 
Glaze 
1 pkg Dr. Oetker Chocofix 1 pkg

Directions

Dough:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease a baking sheet.

2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add egg, egg yolk and flavouring concentrate. Stir in flour, mixing well.

3. Put dough into decorating bag with round tube.

4. Squeeze onto prepared baking sheet in small pretzels.

5. Bake on middle oven rack at 160°C (325°F) for 10-15 minutes.

Chocolated Glaze:

1. Soften Chocofix as directed on package.
