Florentine Nut Dessert

 
Ingredients 
1 pkg Shirriff Butterscotch Cooked Pudding & Pie Filling Mix 1 pkg
3 cups cold milk 700 mL
1/3 cup ground peanuts or almonds 30 g
 
Decoration 
1/2 cup whipping cream 125 mL
1 pkg Dr. Oetker Whip it 1 pkg
1 pkg Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar 1 pkg
mandarin oranges
4-6 small florentine cookies or any other sort 4-6

Method

1. Combine Butterscotch Pudding and milk. Prepare according to package directions.

2. Spoon into dessert dishes.

3. Sprinkle with ground nuts.

4. Beat whipping cream to soft peaks. Gradually add Whip it and vanilla sugar, beating to stiff peaks.

5. Decorate attractively with whipped cream, mandarins and cookies.
