| 3 cups | cold milk | 700 mL |
| 1/3 cup | ground peanuts or almonds | 30 g |
| Decoration | ||
| 1/2 cup | whipping cream | 125 mL |
| 1 pkg | Dr. Oetker Whip it | 1 pkg |
| 1 pkg | Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar | 1 pkg |
| mandarin oranges | ||
| 4-6 | small florentine cookies or any other sort | 4-6 |
Method
1. Combine Butterscotch Pudding and milk. Prepare according to package directions.
2. Spoon into dessert dishes.
3. Sprinkle with ground nuts.
4. Beat whipping cream to soft peaks. Gradually add Whip it and vanilla sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
5. Decorate attractively with whipped cream, mandarins and cookies.
