Banana Split

 
Ingredients 
1 Pkg Dr. Oetker Chocolate Mousse 1 Pkg
1 cup Milk 250 mL
4 Bananas 4
2 tbsp Lemon Juice 30 mL
3 Pkg Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar 3 Pkg
 
Decoration 
1/2 cup Whipping Creme 250 mL
1/2 Pkg Dr. Oetker Whip it 1/2 Pkg
1/2 Pkg Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar 1/2 Pkg
1/2 cup Sliced Toasted Almonds 50 g
Vanilla Ice Cream
Mandarin Oranges
Shaved Chocolate

Method

1. Combine mousse with milk.

2. Prepare according to package directions.

3. Peel and half bananas lengthwise.

4. Marinate bananas in mixture of lemon juice and vanilla sugar.

5. Place two banana halves into one long dessert dish.

6. Spoon mousse between the banana halves.

7. Beat whipping creme to soft peaks. Gradually add Whip it and vanilla sugar, beating to stiff peaks.

8. Decorate banana split with whipped cream, toasted almonds, small scoops of ice cream, mandarins and shaved chocolate.
