| 1 cup | cold milk | 250 mL |
| 1 pkg | Dr. Oetker Strawberry Mousse | 69 g |
| 1 1/2 cups | strawberries, fresh or frozen | 375 mL |
| 2-3 tbsp | sherry or brandy | 30-45 mL |
| 10 | rolled wafers or lady fingers | 10 |
| 1 pkg | Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar | 9 g |
| 1 cup | whipping cream | 250 mL |
| 1 pkg | Dr. Oetker Whip it | 10 g |
| 1 tbsp | sifted icing sugar | 15 mL |
Directions:
1. Prepare Dr. Oetker Strawberry Mousse with 1 cup (250 mL) milk according to package directions.
2. Place strawberries in dessert glasses or chocolate cups. Reserve some strawberries for garnish. Drizzle with brandy. Cover with prepared mousse.
3. Beat cream to soft peaks. Gradually add Dr. Oetker Whip It, Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar and icing sugar. Continue beating to stiff peaks.
4. Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries. If desired, decorate with 1 or 2 wafers.
Makes 5 servings.
