| 1 Pkg | Shirriff Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling Mix | 1 Pkg |
| 3 Cups | Milk | 700 mL |
| 1 cup | Mixed fresh or frozen (drained) berries | 100 g |
| 1/4 cup | Icing sugar, sifted | 50 g |
| 2/3 cups | Sour Cream | 150 mL |
Method
1. For the pudding, mix contents of pouch and cold milk in a saucepan.
2. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat, until pudding comes to a full boil and thickens, stir for 1 minute more.
3. Pour into a large bowl and cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap. Chill.
4. With an electric mixer, with a whip attachement, beat pudding until smooth. Beat in sour cream until evenly blended.
5. Pour into oven-proof dishes. Arrange fruit on top of pudding. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
6. Place under preheated broiler, 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
