Method
1. Thaw and bake tart shells according to package directions. Cool.
2. Cook lemon pie filling according to package directions using 2 whole eggs. Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes. Spoon into tart shells. Refridgerate until set.
3. At serving time, garnish with whipped topping and lemon slices.
Variation: Prepared pie filling may also be poured into baked 9" (23 cm) pie shell.
