Warm Banana Caramel Pudding

 
Ingredients 
1 pkg Shirriff Banana Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling Mix 1 pkg
3 cups milk 700 mL
2 bananas, sliced 2
1/4 cup packed brown sugar 50 g
1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 g

Method

1. Prepare pudding with milk according to the package directions. Pour into 6 oven-proof dishes. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes.

2. At serving time, top each dish with sliced bananas. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.

3. Place under preheated broiler about 2 minutes or until slightly melted and browned. Serve immediately.

Hint: Instead of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, family members might enjoy caramel sundae syrup drizzled over the bananas (Do not broil).
