| 1 pkg | Shirriff Banana Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling Mix | 1 pkg |
| 3 cups | milk | 700 mL |
| 2 | bananas, sliced | 2 |
| 1/4 cup | packed brown sugar | 50 g |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon | 2 g |
Method
1. Prepare pudding with milk according to the package directions. Pour into 6 oven-proof dishes. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes.
2. At serving time, top each dish with sliced bananas. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
3. Place under preheated broiler about 2 minutes or until slightly melted and browned. Serve immediately.
Hint: Instead of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, family members might enjoy caramel sundae syrup drizzled over the bananas (Do not broil).
