Authentic Italian Pizzeria style crust topped with a spiced tomato sauce and a delicious blend including pepperoni, brightly coloured peppers, red onions and mushrooms.

 

 

Ingredients Casa Di Mama - Deluxe

Crust: Enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, modified palm oil, salt, sugar, barley malt extract, monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, dicalcium phosphate, guar gum, canola oil, calcium citrate, ascorbic acid, pentosanase, amylase

Toppings: Pepperoni (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, water, onion powder, spice extracts, garlic powder, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite, bacterial culture, sodium ascorbate, smoke), green, red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms (contains sulphites), red onions, herbs

Sauce: Tomato puree, water, sugar, olive oil, salt, spices, modified corn starch, garlic powder

Cheeses: Mozzarella and Edam cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride)

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Adjust oven rack 10-15 cm (4-6') from the bottom of the oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 480F, (250C).
  3. Remove pizza from packaging
  4. Loosen the baking parchment and lift off together with the pizza from the cardboard
  5. Place the pizza with parchment on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. NOTE: Individual oven cooking times may vary. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot
