Ingredients Casa Di Mama - Hawaiian

Crust: Enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, modified palm oil, salt, sugar, barley malt extract, monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, dicalcium phosphate, guar gum, canola oil, calcium citrate, ascorbic acid, pentosanase, amylase

Toppings: Pineapple (pineapple, water, sugar, citric acid), cooked ham (pork, water, salt, dextrose, sodium phosphates, smoke flavour, sodium ascorbate, natural flavour, sodium nitrite), herbs

Tomato Cream Sauce: Sour cream (cream, milk, bacterial culture), tomato puree, pineapple juice (water, pineapple, sugar, citric acid), sugar, soya oil, modified corn starch, salt, spices

Cheeses: Mozzarella and Edam cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Adjust oven rack 10-15 cm (4-6") from the bottom of the oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 480F, (250C).
  3. Remove pizza from packaging
  4. Loosen the baking parchment and lift off together with the pizza from the cardboard
  5. Place the pizza with parchment on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 14-16 minutes and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. NOTE: Individual oven cooking times may vary. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot
