Ingredients Giuseppe Rising Crust Pepperoni

Crust: Enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, modified palm oil, wheat gluten, sugar, salt, barley malt extract, monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, dicalcium phosphate, guar gum, canola oil, calcium citrate, ascorbic acid, pentosanase, amylase

Cheese: Mozzarella cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride)

Sauce: Tomato puree, water, sugar, soya oil, corn starch, salt, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs

Topping: Pepperoni (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, water, onion powder, spice extracts, garlic powder, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite, bacterial culture, sodium ascorbate, smoke)

Cooking Instructions

Crispy Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C)
  2. Remove pizza from carton and remove all packaging.
  3. Place frozen pizza directly on middle oven rack.
  4. BAKE 24-26 Minutes

Soft Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220 °C)
  2. Remove pizza from carton and remove all packaging.
  3. Place frozen pizza on a lightly greased pan and bake on middle oven rack.
  4. Bake 21-22 minutes
