Sugar, water, enriched wheat flour, liquid whole egg, cream, palm oil, modified potato starch, dried egg white, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid (acidifier), corn starch, wheat starch, concentrated lemon juice, canola oil, sweet whey powder (milk), colour (carotene), dextrose, natural flavour, salt, sodium alginate, calcium alginate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, vegetable mono and diglycerides

May contain traces of: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans

Cooking Instructions

Store the pie frozen(-18C)  until ready to serve.

Before thawing, remove the pie from the box and the paper plate while frozen and place it on an appropriate plate. 

Thaw for 2 hours at room temperature. We do not recommend using the microwave to defrost.

Storage after thawing: once defrosted, cover unused portions and refrigerate (+5C) for 1 day. Do not refreeze or hold at room temperature.



Thaw for 2 hours at room tempurature.


Quick Thaw

Quick Thaw in a microwave (on a microwave-safe plate) for 5-6 minutes under defrost mode.
