Ingredients Ristorante Gluten Free Mozzarella Pizza

Crust: Water, rice flour, potato starch, potato flakes, pea protein isolate, canola oil, yeast, sugar, salt, modified cellulose, xanthan gum, corn syrup, acetylated monoglycerides, lactylated mono and diglycerides, milk ingredients

Toppings: Lactose free mozzarella cheese (lactose free milk, salt, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture), cherry tomatoes, herbs

Sauces: Tomato puree, water, canola oil, herbs, olive oil, spinach, sugar, modified corn starch, salt, garlic powder, spices, mono and diglycerides, dextrose, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice), onion powder, citric acid

Cheeses: Edam cheese** (milk, salt, bacterial culture, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), lactose free mozzarella cheese (lactose free milk, salt, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place frozen pizza directly on the middle oven rack. Bake for 12 - 14 min. and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot!
