Ingredients Ristorante Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza

Crust: Water, rice flour, potato starch, potato flakes, pea protein isolate, canola oil, yeast, sugar, salt, modified cellulose, xanthan gum, corn syrup, acetylated monoglycerides, lactylated mono and diglycerides, milk ingredients.
Sauce: Tomato puree, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, spices, garlic powder, herbs, dextrose.
Cheese: Edam and Mozzarella Cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride).
Toppings: Pepperoni (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, water, onion powder, spice extracts, garlic powder, ascorbic acid, bacterial culture, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke), herbs.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place frozen pizza directly on the middle oven rack. Bake for 12 - 14 min. and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot!
