This thin crust pizza with pepperoni, ham and mushrooms is a culinary feast. Mozzarella and edam cheeses and spicy herbs add to its full flavour.

 

 

Ingredients Ristorante Speciale

Crust: Enriched wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, yeast, salt, sugar. Toppings: Pepperoni (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, water, onion powder, spice extracts, garlic powder, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite, bacterial culture, sodium ascorbate, smoke), cooked ham (pork, water, salt, dextrose, sodium phosphates, smoke flavour, sodium ascorbate, flavour, sodium nitrite), mushrooms, herbs. Sauce: Tomato puree, water, sugar, olive oil, spices and herbs, salt, modified corn starch, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, vegetable oil, caramel colour. Cheeses: Edam and mozzarella cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme).


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place frozen pizza directly on the middle oven rack. Bake for 12 - 14 min. and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot!
