Pizza Tradizionale maintains the age-old Italian practice of resting the dough to develop its unique flavour and texture. Italian-inspired ingredients are carefully arranged on the pizzas, which are directly baked on a hot stone to produce an incredibly crispy and airy crust.
The Italian version of Pepperoni, Salame Romano has slices of Romano salami artfully arranged on top of a bed of mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce with our signature stone-baked crust.
Ingredients Tradizionale Salame
Crust: Enriched wheat flour, water, canola oil, salt, yeast, xylanase, amylase
Sauce: Tomato puree, water, olive oil, sugar, modified corn starch, herbs, salt, spices, garlic powder
Cheese: Mozzarella cheese (milk, salt, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture)
Toppings: Romano Salami (pork, salt, dextrose, spice extracts, spices, artificial flavour, sodium nitrite, smoke, sodium ascorbate), herbs
Contains: Wheat, Milk
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Place frozen pizza directly on the middle oven rack
- Bake for 12 - 14 min. and until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot!
