2 - 4 tbsp
butter
chopped parsley
minced garlic
grated mozzarella cheese

Slice the baguette in half along its length.

Mix the butter, parsley and garlic, and spread the mixture on both halves.

Top generously with grated mozzarella.

Heat in the oven or on the grill, until cheese is melted and bread begins to turn golden.
