Fudge:

1 package Shirriff Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
3 tbsp butter
2 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup whipping cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping: (Optional):

1 cup candycane , chopped

Spray a 9"X5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment or wax paper. Spray paper with cooking spray.

Combine Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling, butter, cream and marshmallows in a medium saucepot. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt and bubbles first break the surface. Remove saucepot from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips just until smooth.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle with toppings (if using) and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Holding the lining paper, lift fudge out of pan. Cut into 24 pieces and serve.
