Slice up the bread and lightly toast.
Chop up the tomatoes into fine cubes.
Toss with garlic, salt and pepper and a generous splash of olive oil.
Lay out your bread slices and top each round with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.
Sprinkle with torn up basil.
