spelt flakes

pumpkin seeds
25 grams
sunflower seeds
25 grams
coconut flakes
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
60 ml
maple syrup

coconut oil

Coarsely chop the walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds with a sharp knife. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven.
Top/Bottom Heat: 160°C
Fan Assisted: 140°C

Combine the walnuts with other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the pan and firmly press down to create an even layer. Bake.
Baking time
30 min
Rack position: Middle rack

Leave in the tin or baking dish for 20 minutes to cool. Remove parchment from the pan and place onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cool, cut in half and divide each half piece into six (6) bars. Enjoy!
