Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Ensure everything is well incorporated. Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.

Scoop small portions of the chilled dough and roll them into balls about 2.5cm in diameter. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated. Place them on the baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart to allow room for spreading.
