
Prepare Shirriff Vanilla (or Banana) Pudding, Chocolate Pudding, and Chocolate Mousse (please refer to recipe yield based on your # of guests).
Using a rocks glass or martini glass, begin layering approximately 1/3 of the glass with the chocolate pudding on the bottom. Smooth out the top using a spoon so the layer is flat and wipe off any excess from the sides of the glass.
Next add a layer of vanilla pudding (1/3 of the glass) and smooth out the top. Wipe off any excess from the sides of the glass. Finish the third layer with a chocolate mousse. Add a few berries or sprig of mint on top for garnish.
