
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an ovenproof dish and set it aside.
Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place in the dish. Sprinkle raisins over top.
Mix the Dr. Oetker Butterscotch Pie Filling & Dessert Mix well with the milk until there are no lumps and pour evenly over the bread.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the custard has set and the top is golden brown. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy warm or cold.
